QUESTION:finding truck storage
How would one go about "socially engineering" the telco to find where
their truck garage is?
I was thinking about posing as a repair man trying to find their
trucks but I think that would dead end me.
ANSWER: -The only thing I could think of that might work is saying it's your first
day, and you don't remember the way back to the garage/lot. But I have no
idea who you would call. It might be easier to just find a truck/van at
about 7:00pm, then follow it to the garage/lot/whatever they keep them in.
-I usually just sit back and observe here, but being a former operator in
customer service at a couple companies, this may work. Call in and say you
are from your local NAPA or other car/truck parts company and the delivery
order is without an address for city/state/area. Being as we are usually
flooded with calls, we would just give you the address and wish you a nice
day! Had a call like this once and actually gave the guy 3 local addresses
along with direct numbers.
