Luggage Storage at Las Vegas Airport?
QUESTION:I just sending 16 hours or so in Vegas on a layover during a 10 day
vacation. I'd like to leave my bags at the airport and just carry a
small carry-on to the hotel.
McCarran airports website says storage lockers are no longer available
"for security reasons". Do they have some other type of baggage
check available?
ANSWER: -How much luggage do you plan to take on this ten day trip? Its probably
easier and cheaper to hail a cab or a shuttle and take the luggage with
you to your hotel.
-They don't have storage lockers anymore, so when you come out of baggage claim,
just leave your bags next to the elevator. Someone will take care of your bags
for you. When you return for your next flight, see the airport police. they
will work to get your bags back.
