At any rate what Drew did was forclose on his storage auctions, shilled
the auction (ending up with most units), triaged the trash, and resold it.
ANSWER: The previous storage rental owner was extremely lax in his collections.
Legally, the new owner had to go through the legal notice and auction
process to foreclose.
The auctioneer was not licensed and made several mistakes.
Not the least of which was revealing the owner's proxy maxes.
As a result, if the proxy max was $350, another bidder spite bid $349.
No matter since the money was totally imaginary.
