and is trying to get away with defrauding me.
QUESTION:Don't do business with Public Storage. On their first scheduled delivery
to me, they said they'd come in the afternoon. Instead, they came in
the morning when I wasn't home. I rescheduled for the next morning.
Of course, they never showed until the afternoon, after I'd already left.
Now, they refuse to cancel their charges to my credit card, claiming
it's my fault I wasn't home all day, even though they had given me
a more precise time frame for their delivery.

ANSWER: Two things when making a Public Slam against a Business.
First List exactly where they are, and their exact trade name.
Second, Name names, it helps us if we know you got the run around from a clerk
or a field manager. WHo knows, maybe even their friends will see this, and
stop inviting them to barbecues.
Also, a brief hint, complain to your bank, refuse the charge, you have
rights on a credit card.
