I find your actions deplorable.
I served for 12 years in the reserves. I never had the burden of being
activated. I do not have words to express the disgust I feel over the
actions of your company to one of our soldiers serving overseas.

ANSWER: I tried to read the story and it had been withdrawn. Even so, it would
be only one side of the story. It would be a sad state of affairs if we
all took off in one direction because of such third party accounts as
yours.
PS. This is one more reason the airlines place a limit on international
luggage losses. The aggrieved party would never be happy with any
settlement.
