Digital Bolt
I can get more storage, cheaper, on a USB key.
QUESTION:Sorry, what's the point? I can get more storage, cheaper, on a USB key.
A couple of GB is feck all use for backup and the reported 40k/s upload
has to be a joke.
ANSWER: -BT's much advertised with fanfare and moronic advert service that gives
users a few GB of online storage. -The "let's make a new baby" ad? I've seen `backup your files over the net'
services advertised for a good while, and I can't see how any of them are
realistic. Even if you get one that works, there's still the `do I trust
the organisation holding the backup not to have some unscrupulous employee
that looks at my data?' thing.
Evidently you aren't supposed to realise that when you're using this service
it's the _upload_ rate that matters..
