ANSWER: -Yes there are. They are the shipping containers you see moving
good around. You can hire different sizes, and rates vary according
to type and length of hire. The only caveat is that the truck
delivering it has to be able to reach the location you want.
Check the yellow pages, "container hire" or similar.
-You could try Tranz Metro if you're near Wellington although most of
their storage sheds seem to be a little scruffy, move at random,
aren't particularly waterproof, and depending on the weather have a
top speed of 40kph - in real-estate terms "a handyman's dream". On the
plus side they should have a bunch available shortly as most commuters
appear to be switching to alternative forms of transport.
