ANSWER:

Disc padlocks work well for these places. They resist bolt cutters due to the fact there is no real good place to get a bite with the cutter. I have 7 storage facilities under contract now that use disk padlocks. They call and I cut them off with a Dremel tool and fiberglass reinforced wheel. Not many crooks carry around these tools and a generator to provide electricity. Tried the new cordless Dremel. Not to impressed. It was inteneded for modeling and probably works fine on plastic and would. By all means. Use the disc padlocks
