QUESTION:Someone posted the Argos offer of a multi media storage unit, was 14.99 now
4.99 but buy 1 get 1 free.
The web site had sold out so I went to my local store. I wanted 2 and was
charged 9.98 (fair enough I thought, still a bloody good price). Whilst
waiting for my ticket number to come up I browsed through the sale catalogue
and it had the item advertised as BOGOF so I queried this and they gave me
back a fiver!
The units are great and I can't believe they were only 2.50 each! (and I
managed to buy the last 2).
ANSWER: How did you manage that? My Argos sale catalogue has them listed as 7.49
sale price with no mention of BOGOF.
I sent my wife in yesterday 'cos I'd "ring and
reserved" 2. While she was in the queue she was browsing the leaflets, 1
had them at half price, the other at 4.99 BOGOF.
