of the self-storage rental buildings to keep a Type 4 in one of its units?
ANSWER: If that's irresponsible, then what's a Type 4 for? I thought the idea
of a portable magazine was to make it possible to keep explosives
safely, otherwise what's it for
But if residences are ruled out, where else would a Type 4 be kept in
NYC? Where is ANYTHING hazardous kept in NYC? There are places for
gasoline, radioactives, and infectious agents in the city, so I imagine
there must be for explosives.
