QUESTION:Trunk Storage Organizer
I'm looking for an answer to the mess that is my rear storage trunk on
my 2000 Calabria. My best solution so far is molding a fiberglass "gun
rack" to bolt into the floor so I can hold the wakeboard and 1 or 2 pair
of skis in on their sides. I am really not excited about this project,
I figure somebody has an off the shelf version that will be cheaper and
easier and better. Anybody know of it? Are there some good aftermarket
accessories for rear storage trunks yet?
Any advice will be appreciated.
Also, if there is nothing and others are interested or have ideas, let
me know if I should make a bunch of these things once I get the mold
together. (fiberglass and carpet are cheaper in bulk.....)
ANSWER: -I've never seen one nor heard of one, but this sounds lie
something that one of the wakeboard rack companies could
whip up easily enough. Or get some Starboard (plastic) and
some aluminum pipe...
